The original sales receipt must accompany all returned merchandise. All returns, excluding warranty items, must be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date. Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a part sent you in error, a defective part, a part that fails under warranty or a damaged part not damaged in shipping. Parts damaged in shipping should be claimed with UPS. Consult the UPS.com website for instructions for filing a damage claim.

New parts or unused parts must be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date. Following inspection, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price and applicable taxes, not including shipping charges. You must prepay the shipping return to us. BAP Auto Parts will not accept COD shipments. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at his or her expense. We will not accept returns on any installed part. Special order parts are subject to an additional re-stocking fee.
We will also pay for return shipping for a part that was sent to you in error, received defective or failed under warranty. If you believe you qualify under these circumstances and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at

Types of Returns

New: Products qualify for New Return, if they have not been installed, are in their original packaging, unopened, including all original materials supplied with the product. New special order or custom parts are subject to special return policies, contact

Parts Shipped in Error: We apologize in advance for any merchandise that was order selected in error or shipped in error due to a cataloging or numbering error. Please email us at

or call Customer Service at 1-602-242-0803. We will arrange for the merchandise to be returned, at our expense, and, upon receipt, will credit you for the item and the cost of shipping.
Parts Damaged in Shipping: Products that were received where the shipping box showed no visible damage. If the box was damaged, crushed or showed any outside damage, a claim should be made directly to UPS.
Warranty/Defect Returns: Refer to our Warranty/Defect Returns policy to determine coverage.
Core Returns: This term refers to new or remanufactured item(s) for which a core value is charged. Core value is refundable upon return of an acceptable old part.
The following instructions pertain to making a return to your local BAP Import Parts Store.
Local Store Returns-Non Warranty

All merchandise (non-warranty) must be in original sellable condition. See: Types of Returns: New. Core returns must be made subject to the conditions described in Core Returns.
All returns, excluding warranty items, must be returned to us within 30 days of the original ship date.
Return the product in the original manufacturer’s box and/or packaging. (Exceptions may
be made for warranty parts.) The original receipt must accompany all returns. Be prepared to provide the reason for the return.
Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise at the store, a refund, as appropriate, will be provided. If the product qualified for a refund of shipping this cost will be refunded at that time as well as applicable tax.
BAPAutoParts.net will only apply credit to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We will not give retail store credit unless the card is produced at the time of the return.

All merchandise must be in original condition when returned, this includes all original material sent with the merchandise. The product must be in the original manufacturer’s box and/or packaging. The original receipt must accompany all returns.
Returns, excluding parts shipped in error, warranty and defects, do not qualify for prepaid return shipping. BAPAutoParts.net will not accept COD shipments. Select a shipping provider: UPS, USPS or a similar carrier and ship to the address on the initial shipping paperwork. Ship prepaid.
Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, BAPAutoParts.net will provide a refund, as appropriate, and a receipt will be sent to you. Any merchandise credit will include sales tax. BAPAutoParts.net will only apply credit to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
It is appreciated if you would include your telephone number to facilitate any questions we may have regarding the return. Also be specific for the reason for the return i.e. ordered wrong part, no longer needed, discovered other mechanical problem, etc.
Parts Damaged in Shipping Returns

Merchandise showing visible outside shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. If you can, “refuse the shipment”. You should immediately contact our Customer Service department at 1-602-242-0803. We are interested in facilitating a replacement shipment or helping resolve the problem with the carrier as quickly as possible.
Warranty/Defects Returns

Warranty return value will be based on the terms of the manufacturer warranty. In some cases, it will be prorated based on the length of use and will be less than the original purchase price. In some cases, the warranty/defect remedy is a replacement. If applicable, return value will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Items returned for warranty/defect will be credited upon receiving, inspection and confirmation of a defect or warranty coverage. No retail store credit will be given.
Warranties listed here only apply to the original purchaser for private, non-commercial use, and only to the vehicle in which the product was originally installed and/or used in. Warranties are limited to the price paid for the product. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. Generally, this warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage),misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacture’s operating and/or installation instructions.
If a product you purchased through BAPAutoParts.net fails during the warranty period, you may return the product to BAPAutoParts.net or any of our retail locations with your receipt. To receive the adjustment or replacement, all terms of the warranty must be met.

New Returns

Core Returns
TOP
Core returns are the responsibility of the customer. BAPAutoParts.net will not pay shipping costs for core returns. COD shipments will not be accepted.
Core returns not meeting the following guidelines will be deemed ineligible for credit and will not be returned:

All items must be returned in the manufacturer’s original box or container in which
the new item was delivered.
ü
Core credit will only be issued for the exact number of units sold, based on the original
selling invoice.
ü
Cores must be in good condition. Rusted, damaged, weathered, or unassembled cores, broken housings, bent shafts, missing parts or
salvage yard cores will not be accepted or returned. Cores must be identical to the new part purchased.
ü
Core credit will not be issued if your part does not arrive at BAPAutoParts.net or
one of our retail locations.
Your original invoice must accompany the core return. Remove any parts from the core needed to install the new part. Drain all fluids from the core! Place the core in plastic bag and seal the bag. Place the bagged core into the manufacturer’s box that the replacement part was sent in. Send to the address on your purchase invoice.
