Can I have parts shipping to a P.O. Box?
At this time, all shipping from BAP Auto Parts is done through UPS. UPS will not
deliver to a P. O. Box, a physical street address is required.

a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to enter a different zip code or shipping
address during the checkout process.

Can I ship my order to an international address?
Currently, BAP Auto Parts does not offer international shipping.

What items cannot be shipped?
Batteries and any other item containing hazardous materials cannot be shipped.

How will my order by shipped?
BAP Auto Parts currently ships via UPS. Standard shipping is UPS Ground. 2nd Day
Air and Next Day Shipping premium services are available. Multiple packages are
possible, depending on the size of the order.

When will my order be shipped?
95% of all orders placed by 3 PM mountain time will be shipped the same day, all
others will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipments containing “special order” items
may experience a delay. If you have a question regarding availability, contact our
Customer Service Department at 602 242-0803.

How are shipping rates determined?
Shipping rates are determined by calculating the estimated package size and weight
of the items based upon UPS shipping guidelines. You will be able to see the price
during checkout.

How do I get my order tracking number?
Within 12 hours of placing your order, your order’s tracking number will be available
on line. Log in and go to “Order Status” and then view ”Track Your Order”. If we
have an e-mail address
for you in your customer profile, an e-mail will automatically be sent to
your address when your shipment has been processed.

Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for items determined to be damaged or incorrectly shipped is not
charged. Please contact Customer Service to arrange for your return shipping. Full
details are available in the Return Policy Section. You may also visit any BAP Import
Parts Store to return or ex- change any item purchased at BAP Auto Parts.

What are the procedures to qualify for free ground shipping?
You can qualify for free ground shipping on most orders totaling $50.00 or more,
excluding any refundable core value. This offer excludes all items which require
special handling, are considered oversized or are being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
All online orders shipped via UPS regular ground service are eligible. UPS Premium
shipping services are not eligible. This offer is limited to in stock items only.
BAP Auto Parts reserves the right to modify or suspend this offer at any time without
notice. BAP Auto Parts ships to locations in the U.S. only.
